My parents don't respect me, how can I get respect?

Whenever I try to talk to my parents, my mum is always drunk and my father just sits there starring at the TV or computer screen with out turning around and looking at me for more then a second. I talk calmly and whenever I ask them to turn around and listen they say 'not now I'm busy'. My mum will get aggressively from the alcohol and fight with my father and my father will yell at me for wanting to spend time with him. He much rather be playing a video game. They never cheer me or my sister up when we get depressed instead they just tell us we need therapy just because they don't want to listen. I've told teachers, adults and friends but no one knows what to do, I had a social worker but she said she could only help physically/ually abused children. She told them to do a thew things for me and she left before they even did them (so they didn't)
