How do I deal with catty women who run a facility to accomodate special needs kids?

I have a child that goes to a facility for therapies and schooling. She has a multiple list of disabilities and I have had such trouble with keeping lines of communication open. My child does not speak and I seem to have to ask over and over for specifics on her day, inquired on addtional meeings and keeping better track of her issues. I either DONT get a response, or its miminual or they try to change what has been done for quite a while. During meeting, I have been spoken to like I was a chid, slowly headed towards disrespect, demeaning and patronizing. It slowly evolves to that and by the time I realzied exactly what happened it was too late. Initally I was stunned that I was event treated like that. Just because I dont have the kind of background in experience and education, I am still a mother of a extreme special needs child. I feel like they ARE being CATTY because I do try to respectfully suggest to them, what I need to from them to help my child... and I get ignored. I am tired of being nice... but I dont want to jepordize my childs place at this facility. HOW DO I DEAL WITH THE CATTY ATTITUDES WITH OUT EXPLODING.
