How to get someone who doesn't belong out of the Army?

Right now, my boyfriend is in his 8th week of BCT. He is very suicidal and has been hospitalized for suicide attempt in the past. From what I've read, this should have been an automatic disqualification to enlist. However, his recruiter told him to just not tell MEPS. I have received several letter over the past few days from him telling me goodbye. There is no doubt in my mind he would try it again. I have called Red Cross, talked to his Drill Sergeant and contacted my local congressman. I feel like they're doing nothing. How do I get him out? Please, no remarks!
