What does these dreams mean?

I saw this thing about a family being abducted and such, which sparked something, when i was really young(around 5-8)that there were UFOs, alien's and a alien invasion and we went out of the house(me and my family)and everything was chaotic but there was no one apart from us and the last part which i can remember i asked my mum if it(the aliens etc) was really and she said yes. and another around that age i remember being in the woods and a alien with woman like hair and it was looking at me with big black eyes,and then the scene jumped to me being in like an embly whole with a alien head being stuck to the thingy were people speak. and also the 2nd dream was in like a dull colour.
