My father died in hungary the middle of this month. who do I contact and what should I do?

he has dual citizenship.he was laid to rest there. most of all his worldly belongings are over there but he got social security and a small pension form the U.S., also had two accounts. one here and one there. no formal will just a hand written one. please help.
