You think he is interested?

theres this guy that works at my gym. its a small rock climbing gym. hes there every time im there. ive noticed him look at me from the corner of his eye, or from afar but we are both shy and havent said anything to eachother. you think he might be interested. im thinkin of approaching him but im not sure what to look for if he is.
