Microsoft Office Outlook saving?

A part of my usb drive broke on my laptop so I have to send it in. They told me to back up important stuff. I have all of my doents and pictures and stuff. The last thing I want is my emails as well as contacts and my calender. I have a windows vista computer, and microsoft outlook 2007. Does anybody know where they save on your computer so i can just copy and paste the folder onto my xt hd?
