According to biblical and/or church teachings, what would happen to a person who claimed to be...?

According to church teachings, it doesn't matter how good or bad you are, if you don't believe in Jesus its straight to hell. You could be the most charitable person in the world, but if you don't believe, straight to hell. You could be the worst person ever, a monster that uses people, kills s steals, and as long as you ask Jesus for forgiveness and believe in the Jesus character, straight to heaven.
